Glen or Glenda (MRA)

    

  • MRA have released the version titled I Changed My Sex. This version includes the "pornographic" scenes demanded by George Weiss and directed by W. Merle Cornell.

  • The scene in which a gay man propositions a straight man remains intact (missing from the Image DVD).

    •     

  • A scene in which two steelworkers talk (voiceover) about sex changes is altered: in the original version one of the voices changes into a woman's while MRA's version cuts this line.

    •     

  • At the end of the "pornography" sequence, Glen rips Barbara's blouse off. This has been cut in this version.

    •     

  • The inspector's discussion with the psychiatrist about homosexual tendencies in transvestites remains intact (missing from the Image DVD).

    •     

  • A line in which the psychiatrist says he had to teach Ann/Alan "the duties of a woman in her sex life" has been obviously cut.
