Information regarding the different versions of Score varies quite considerably. What is certainly true is that there was some hardcore sex components removed from the film to obtain an R rating for cinema release. The varying amounts of footage removed is the questionable issue here. My feeling is, approximatley thirteen minutes of footage may have been removed overall. Either way, this removed footage has not been reinstated for this DVD release. During some of the sex scenes in the film, these cuts are indeed noticeable in the print. A screening of the complete hardcore version was held in Los Angeles a few years ago during a Radley Metzger restrospective.
