Jason Stillwell (Kurt McKinney), a Bruce Lee fan from Los Angeles is beaten in and out of the ring and disgraced on numerous occasions. When his family relocates to Seattle for quieter life, his problems accompany him. Socially embarrassed by his girlfriend's brother, the U.S. National full-contact Karate champion and drawn reluctantly into an unjust criminal circle, Jason needs a mentor. In a moment of despair, he encounters the ghost of Lee and trains under his direction. Jason then must use his newly acquired skills to save his honour and quash a Seattle crime syndicate, whose top martial artist is the deadly Ivan (Jean-Claude Van Damme).
