The sleepy little town of Gallup, Texas, has woken to a nightmare. A terrifying new breed of bat - created not by nature, but by man - has been unleashed and has descended on the town, causing havoc and several grisly deaths. The only hope to stop the deadly killers is zoologist Dr Sheila Casper (Dina Meyer from STARSHIP TROOPERS), who teams up with the local Sheriff (Lou Diamond Phillips from THE BIG HIT) to find the bat's lair and stop them before they can breed ... and take flight in search of more victims! With spooky special effects from the creators of END OF DAYS and SPAWN, BATS is a creature feature for anyone who enjoyed films like LAKE PLACID and ANACONDA.
