The Battle of Little Big Horn is etched in American legend. On June 25 1876, George Armstrong Custer misjudged the size of a Native American camp at Little Big Horn and elected to attack rather than wait for the re-enforcements due to arrive the following day. The camp turned out to be the largest Native American war party the Great Plains had ever seen. Vastly outnumbered, his army was crushed in the most significant defeat of the Indian Wars. There was not a single man left alive from Custer's 210 troops. It would be Custer's Last Stand.
In this documentary, scientists use revolutionary technology to recreate this amazing battle giving modern audiences the most insightful portrait ever of what happened on that fateful day.
