A brutal murder has the cops in search of a serial killer. Cold-hearted, and methodical, the murderer is twisted by the pain of being alive. Whether the cops and a tracker from Alaska can follow clues that lead them to the killer will be a test of their ability to observe...to analyze...and to survive.
