Following a Cabinet reshuffle, Murray's boss, Angelo Agnelli, is moved (read demoted) from the Ethnic Affairs portfolio to Arts and Water. Worried about his future with the party, Agnelli decides to raise much needed funds for the election campaign "war chest".Murray's job is to meet with wealthy philanthropists, arts connoisseurs, business people and an artist who is almost immediately found floating face-down in the moat at the National Gallery. Surprisingly, Murray's boss has not told him everything and when Party funds turn out to be invested in financial institutions operated by the same people, Murray's instinct tells him he is being held out a 40th storey window. The very worrying 'Spider' Webb may be the best thing Murray has going for him. Murray suspects he might have been framed, but is he art?
