22-year old Christina (Claudia Karvan) is a nice Greek schoolteacher engaged to a good Greek lawyer. Within the year everyone expects her to be married off and preparing to make lots of babies. Enter 17 year old Nick Polides (Alex Dimitriades). He's a rebellious student who is more interested in Christina and soccer than schoolwork.
