Barry McKenzie Holds His Own
VULGAR. SMUTTY. TASTELESS.

Aunt Edna Everage (Barry Humphries) is returning from London with her hapless loud-mouthed sex crazed nephew, Barry McKenzie (Barry Crocker), when she is mistaken for the Queen of England by a couple of Eastern European ratbags. She is kidnapped and taken to Transylvania in a bid to boost their struggling tourist industry.

Excitement brews and Fosters flows as Bazza sets out to rescue the Dame-to-be in distress from the clutches of Erich Count Plasma (Donald Pleasence), the sinister head of the Transylvanian Tourist Commission. Can Bazza pull it off? Can he keep it up right to the climax?

So, don’t come the raw prawn! Wring the rattlesnake, crack a tube and slap the fillum in your DVD machine. You'll discover faster than a rat up a rhododendron that "Barry McKenzie Holds His Own" is the ultimate in 70's Aussie retro, no risk!

Great Macarthy, The (1975)
Macarthy (John Jarratt) is a country town football champ who is kidnapped in a neon lit helicopter by tyrant Colonel Ball-Miller (Barry Humphries), the tycoon President of the South Melbourne football club.

Macarthy leaves behind his humble beginnings for a path of sexcapades, fame and debauchery. He's fit, mean and ready for the big league. Poor kid!

Barry Humphries ("The Adventures of Barry McKenzie") and John Jarratt ("McLeod's Daughters") headline a topnotch cast of well loved Aussie actors (including Max Gillies, Maurie Fields, Bruce Spence, Chris Haywood, Judy Morris and Kate Fitzpatrick) and legendary football personalities (including Lou Richards and Jack Dyer) in this hilarious tale of a young man's life and love of our great Australian game - AUSSIE RULES FOOTBALL.
