The evil vampire lord, Radu, returns to his home town, after spending years in exile. He steals the precious bloodstone, which is said to be bleeding from all saints, from his father before killing him. Meanwhile, two American school girls team up with a local girl to study local Romanian culture. The sadistic, monstrous Radu becomes attracted to them but runs into trouble when his brother Stephen decides to help the girls.
