People now can "travel" by having their consciousness transmitted anywhere in the world where it can inhabit another person's body. Peace and tranquillity remain as elusive as ever. Anti-corporate terrorists strike a blow to the business world when they assassinate a powerful CEO. Called in to investigate the murder is Stefan Toffler (STEPHEN BALDWIN) who is transported to San Fransisco into the body of the head terrorist.
