From the celebrated master of the melodrama, Douglas Sirk, come Interlude, a romance set in the stunning locales of Salzburg and Munich. Hollywood Golden Girl June Allyson star as Helen Banning, a young American ingenue who travels to Munich in search of love and adventure. While working for America House she meets a famous symphony conductor, Tonio Fischer (Rossano Brazzi/Summertime) and immediately falls for his dashing foreign charms. But Tonio somehow failed to mention the other woman in his life .... At the same time, Helen is being courted by Morley Dwyer (Keith Andes), a doctor who is currently working in a Munich hospital.
