Part 1: Lower Back and Hip Exercises This course of instruction builds on the previous class by strengthening the abdominal muscle. You will repeat the warm up stretching series and in addition you will work on stretching and toning the hips and lower back. Sat Kriya for energy balance is reviewed and practiced. You will learn an energizing breath called “breath fire” and will have a guided deep relaxation to soothing music. You will practice the projected healing meditation at the end of the class. Part 2: Upper Back & Shoulder Exercises This course of instruction includes a wonderful series for relieving tensions and stress in the upper back and shoulders. You will repeat the warm up stretching series and practice new valuable breathing techniques for energy and relaxation. You will have a guided deep relaxation to soothing music and will practice the projected healing meditation at the end of the class.
