Part 1: Breath Review & Breath Energy Exercises This course of instruction reviews all the valuable breathing techniques learned in the previous lessons. You will repeat the warm up stretching series and practice a very complete breath energy meditation. You will have a guided deep relaxation to soothing music. You will practice the projected healing meditation at the end of the class. Part 2: Sun Exercises for Energy Exercises This course of instruction includes a multiple exercise kriya that will make you warm, sunny and help with weight stabilization. You will repeat the warm stretching series and have a guided deep relaxation to soothing music. You will practice the projected healing meditation at the end of the class.
