Dylan and Rommie visit the planet Arazia, in the hope of signing Dylan's new Constitution to restore the Systems Commonwealth. They are captured and transported to a prison colony. As Rommie's battery power nears depletion she manages to transmit a weak locator beacon - which Harper receives. Turmoil breaks out at the prison and Rommie narrowly saves Delay's life. The Andromeda crew rushes to their rescue, but static interference obliterated Rommie's warning message to abort the mission, before they face a barrage of bullets and total annihilation.

All Great Neptune's Ocean

Tyr and Rommie are framed for the assassination of the Castalian president. Evidence shows Tyr fired the weapon - the Castalians demand the assassin pay the ultimate penalty. Further investigation proves the weapon could be remotely activated, showing beyond a doubt that Rommie was the actual assassin. As Dylan undertakes the task of erasing Andromeda's personality, his course of action exposes the real criminal, together with the motive. Rather than execution, Dylan proposes that the Castalian people learn the truth.
