107 - Lit Fuse
New mutant Ashley Elliot is just discovering her powers, and is absorbing energy from the city's power grid, causing blackouts. As her powers grow, she is targeted by Eckhart's bounty hunter, who kidnaps her boyfriend as bait. But when she is intercepted my Mutant X, she absorbs Brenan and his powers, causing him to vanish as she sets out to rescue her boyfriend.
108 - In the presence of Mine Enemies
Jesse's new mutant girlfriend Toni, is kidnapped by the GSA so that her computer skills can be put to use in controlling the Virtual Reporter, Proxy Blue. But when a tracking computer virus is discovered in Sanctuary's hard drive and Toni is held responsible, a rescue mission is arranged to save Toni and protect Sanctuary from being located and destroyed by the GSA.
