But Linda (Kathy Burke) and Tom (James Dreyfus) would settle for a man, any man, at any time! Unfortunately they couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding so have to make do with each others company.
When most people look at Linda La Hughes, they feel ill, but when she looks in the mirror she sees Catherine Zeta Jones smiling back. Tom is an actor, he is camper than a pink row of tents. He aspires to the heights of Olivier and Brando (and Peak Practice) but can't even land a part as 'third yob' on Crimewatch.
Always bitching and moaning about their bad luck Linda and Tom combine to make the funniest, most outrageous, non-PC comedy couple to hit our screens.
