Diane Keaton is Fran Maloni, a gentle, mild-mannered bookkeeper who happens to work for the wrong people at the wrong time...
Her boss is the secretive head of the Mafia and he's about to give her a promotion she won't be allowed to refuse. From 'bookkeeper' to 'hitman' quicker than you can say 'load the Barretta', Fran is assigned to take out her first 'hit'.
Too timid to even kill an insect, Fran puts into action her own plan-instead of assassinating her victims, she kidnaps them with kindness and stores them in a safe house. Eventually their numbers start to add up and she's practically got a house party to try and keep under control.
Wickedly hilarious, loaded with scheming subplots and full of inventive hi-jinx, PLAN B is a mobster spoof with plenty of heart and just a little brawn.
