This film is a brilliant blend of action and comedy. The video transfer is perfect. If all DVDs were this good we would not need to review the transfers.

Spy Kids is a real fun adventure movie for all the family. The disc sports a reference quality picture and audio that is quite spectacular plus a nice little group of extras. All-in-all, this is a must-have.
This is not a film for everyone, but if you can stand it, this is an impressive film, with a terrifying portrayal of what it's like to suffer from paranoid schizophrenia. The disc has brilliant video, and awesomely immersive audio.
Baz Lurhmann has taken his red curtain series to the next level, with an amazing, quirky and very original film that will touch your heart. A pristine transfer and a new high water mark for extras.
Superman is a landmark piece of cinematic history, presented to perfection on a double-sided, dual-layered disc. A reference 16x9 transfer, a new 5.1 soundtrack and a buketload of extras combine to make this a disc of steel.

Se7en is a fabulous film beautifully presented with a gorgeous video transfer and stunning audio selections. In addition to this, a superb collection of extras is also provided with the dual disc set.
Jesus Christ Superstar is the best work Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber ever did. This is a magnificent performance, both vocally and dramatically.
Another case where transfer quality directly affects one's perception of the plot, GoldenEye: Special Edition slots into its rightful place as the best Bond DVD of the lot.
Fight Club is a rare kind of film, and a truly special (double) DVD. Even when you're done with the film, you can still enjoy hours of insightful extras. It is an excellent title with which to demonstrate all the advantages of the format.

Superb cinematography, a superbly crafted story and brilliant performances make this a film of rare evocative distinctiveness. Add a technically superb DVD and this is something very special indeed, albeit not to everyone's taste.
Stunningly sharp visuals with a 5.1 soundtrack that will drown out the sound of your jaw hitting the ground. The lack of extras is the only fly in the ointment, but otherwise this is THE best music video available on DVD.
Whoa! The Matrix is an incredible movie experience on an amazing DVD that is chock-full of innovative extras.
Shakespeare In Love has it all - a dramatic, touching, funny and ultimately very moving movie, presented on a DVD that is perfect in every way and which is loaded to the eyeballs with extras to top it all off.

Babe is funny, touching and has a cheeky darker side. Both children and adults will love the story of the pig who wanted to be a sheepdog. A perfect video transfer and excellent audio complement this disc.
Lush, sensuous and sumptuous, Bram Stoker's Dracula is unlike any other vampire movie that you have ever seen, foregoing the horror for a deep, passionate and erotic love story.
The Man In The Iron Mask is a wonderful story, superbly acted, presented on an amazingly good DVD.
City Of Angels is a great movie. A superb storyline is complemented by superb acting and breathtaking cinematography along with a nicely enveloping soundtrack. The DVD presentation is essentially perfect.

GoldenEye is one of the better Bonds, filled with stunning visuals, enveloping audio, and all that we expect in a Bond movie. This one will keep you entertained from its way-over-the-top opening stunt until the end credits.
Glorious vibrant visuals and stunning aggressive audio make this disc a roller-coaster ride of thrills and excitement. A must-have for DVD fanatics to show off your system to its full capacity.
Fly Away Home is a stunning family DVD, with some of the most gorgeous cinematography I have ever seen. The transfer is essentially perfect. The soundtrack is wonderfully enveloping. The movie is inspirational and uplifting without being corny.
The Juror is a surprisingly good action thriller with an absolutely outstanding performance by Alec Baldwin and an excellent performance by Demi Moore. The DVD looks and sounds magnificent, too.

The Quick and The Dead has absolutely perfect visuals and a stunning surround sound presence. It makes for a great DVD demo disc.
Michael Collins is a powerful, wonderfully rendered DVD with superb visuals and an explosive surrounding soundtrack. The story is gripping and very intense. Minor aliasing and flipper status aside, this is a stunning DVD.
Mary Shelley's Frankenstein is a tremendous visual, audio and cinematic experience flawed only by minimal oversaturation of colours at times and occasional difficulty in hearing dialogue. A fantastic DVD experience.
The Craft has a stunning looking picture and a very aggressive in-your-face surround presence. Very occasionally, it is a bit hard to hear some of the dialogue but otherwise this is a magnificent disc.
