    There is a single-disc R1 release that is almost identical to this current R4 release, except it also includes a French 5.1 Dolby Digital track.

    There is also an upcoming 2-Disc Special Edition listed in R1 release that will include:

  • Featurette – “Inside the Mind of Michel Gondry”,
  • Anatomy of a Scene – “Saratoga Avenue”,
  • Featurette – “A Conversation with Kate Winslet and Michel Gondry”,
  • More deleted and extended scenes, and
  • A souvenir booklet.

    I understand that this 2-Disc Special Edition will also be released in R4 in due course.

    It may be worth waiting for the Special 2-Disc Edition, particularly if your a fan of extras. If you’re a fan of the movie, it may also be worth waiting for the release of the 2-Disc Edition as the single-disc edition is likely to drop in price when the new one is released.
