     The R1 version is identical to the R4 version except that instead of a German soundtrack it has Spanish and Portuguese soundtracks (reflecting its target audience).

    Given that the release dates for the R1 and R4 versions appear to be the same, I would strongly recommend the R4 version, unless you are keen on Spanish or Portuguese audio.
