    It appears that complete seasons of this series are problematic because of music clearance issues - the problem that had, until recently, prevented a complete Ally McBeal from being released in the US. The only region that has a release of the complete Season Three of Cybill is Region 2. All four seasons are available there separately, as well as a complete box set containing every episode of the four seasons - and at a reasonable price.

    In Region 4 we have this three disc set of Series (sic) Three, plus a two disc set Best of Series (sic) 1 and 2. There was a complete Cybill : Season (Yeah!) 1 available locally, but this seems to have vanished.

    Region 1 has only a two disc "best of" set taken from the entire series. Fans have been very vocal about this.

    What you choose to buy depends on how seriously you take the series. I would opt for the Region 2 complete set.
