The Region 1 DVD release contains the following extras : - The Secrets of Never Let Me Go : This is a thirty minute making-of documentary featuring the three stars, the director, producer and author all discussing the meaning of the work. Love to see that.
- Photograph Montage : This is over three minutes of photos taken by the director on set, set to music from the score.
- Tommy's Art : Another more than two minute montage of the drawings and notebooks created as the work of Andrew Garfield’s character.
- National Donor Programme and Hailsham Campaign Graphics : Another montage of material created for a fictional promotional campaign.
