    This series is formatted quite differently in Region 1 with these three feature length productions being included in a 5-disc set called The Sherlock Holmes Feature Film Collection. Reviews reveal that the actual video and audio quality are quite similar - average at best. There is no real way to directly compare, and it will come down to individual choice as to how many of these films you want to purchase.
