The video is displayed in 1.29:1.
The video is not pretty. This would have been shot on video 13-14 years ago and as such has a lot of video related artefacts.
The colour is ok when it's supposed to be but because of various video effects most of the time its in grainy black and white.
Aliasing is a serious problem - see Claudia's striped top for annoying shimmer.
Colour bleed is also constant throughout.
Edge enhancement is also seen.

Overall |
The audio is a competent but ordinary Dolby Digital 2.0 track.
Claudia's dialogue comes through clearly.
The music track is probably a little muted than what you'd expect for a workout video. It sounds fine and never drowns out the voiceover.
There are no synch or click/pop issues.

NOTE: To view non-R4 releases, your equipment needs to be multi-zone compatible and usually also NTSC compatible.
Seem the same so call it a tie.
Overall, it's typical workout DVD fare.
The video is very ordinary - it looks like its playing direct from VHS not DVD.
The audio is fine.
